Tim,, it is worse than complicated Since there is no reason to hold the coms shareholders shares for months few have bought or will buy coms to get palm... wait for 80% to be able to be sold and get them on the dip--- then hope the palm shares come back--- who would buy any unknown issue with zero history knowing they have no control for a year??? Actually the rediculous plan is plenty of reason for coms to drop... They just took away any incentive that may have been derived from owning PALM.
