Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. Receives $7.2 Million Order from Midwest Fuel Refining

Charleston, South Carolina
January 7, 1997

Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (OTC: GRNO) today reported that it has received a purchase order for four Model 600 EnviroEconomics(TM) processing units from Midwest Fuel Refining, Inc. for a total of $7.2 million. These four units, which cost $1.8 million each, are to be scheduled for delivery over the next two years. In addition to the
revenues generated by the sale of the units, Green Oasis will receive an annual royalty of $.04 per gallon of diesel fuel produced, or approximately $250,000 per unit, per year, for 20 years. Other details were not disclosed.

William D. Carraway, president, stated that "We are gratified that this long-time supporter of Green Oasis and one of the original distributors of EnviroEconomics(TM) processing units has taken the opportunity to position itself early by ordering processing units to take advantage of Section 29 tax credits. John Kruse, president of Midwest Fuel Refining, was one of our earliest investors, active in the developmental stage of the company, and is very familiar with the EnviroEconomics process and its economics."

Green Oasis Environmental, Inc.'s patent pending process produces synthetic fuels from waste motor oil in a closed cycle, one-step process. The company manufactures equipment for its own facility as well as markets to others.
