I took at quick look at RUMC's recently filed Form 10-K and it looks like a fairly clean shell that has been dormant for at least four years. Cash and marketable securities total $106,600 and there are $80,500 in liabilities. There are 9.0 MM shares outstanding so the entire company is currently being valued at $90,000. Not bad, though my guess is that there is not a lot of liquidity. The 10-K states that there are 2,500 shareholders.
