My compliments to all the Cisco employees who lurk this thread. You've got a great company, a great product line, and a great Coach. Now I understand why Maria and Joe get excited everytime JC is interviewed on CNBC. Wouldn't it be awesome if more companies had CEOs like Chambers? uf

It seems korny in our jaded society we have too complacently grown to accept, but Chambers really seems to epitomize that ideal. Maybe there is hope for the future. And a stark contrast to the "can't do" attitude of McGinn, who reminds of the way TWA denigrated the switch to jet travel as they were the last major to offer it. Heck, if the world had waited for LU, the internet might still be in its infancy. Message 11252670 It's easy to see why Chambers wins all the accolades.

Michael, I've always felt that John Chambers was an exceptional human being and CEO, but I was even more impressed with him after the interview.. The world needs more people like him. bp
