I don't believe, however, that they will permanently keep shooting themselves in the foot. They've tried to make their house into a car by giving it wheels and having a mule pull it, but they really can't compete with the automobile. Eventually they will find their calling in gasoline production and let the car manufacturers deal with the automobile. If not, Rome fell, and so shall MSFT. JMO, Michael
