By reading this article, I think that LOR will likely be bought out by BEL someday. To give BEL even more control over voice and data networks since T already bought into cable networks to compete locally with BEL and other baby Bells. Of course, LOR has to be successful on G* and Cyberstar type of ventures first. That really makes a lot of sense. It will not be T at all. I hope.
