It is interesting to note that VerSecure's Doug McGowan was/is on the President's Exports Council Sub-committee on Encryption... which, one would gather, would have SOME influence on the recent decision to relax crypto-exports. (But, one wonders about that. After all HWP already has secured approval for exports of "dormant encryption" way back in January.)
