DB, I asked Gibbons the same question once before. I would be watching for the trade to show up on Time & Sales and would bet POed because I was at the bid or ask, but no trade. Then I'd check my on-line broker and find that the trade had already gone through. I don't remember the details, but he said something to the effect that a certain percentage of option trades don't come through on the feed. And that's the way it is. Makes it hard to trust what you see.
