brian h: As one who is most grateful for all Dr J has done and is doing in bringing the Q from nothing to the world stage as a star, I agree with you (just as a far off observer of course - no direct knowledge) that Mr Sulpizio has meant a sea change for the better for the Q in the "keeping the nose to the grindstone department". The combination of the brain of Dr J as CEO and the management skill of Richard Sulpizio as COO is awesome. Both are in exactly the right job IMO. And you are right that the moves in driving the "value" (Sulpizio) to reflect the fundamentals (Dr J) is win/win in spades. Like wow ! Chaz
