EDIT 2: . . . ran out of time . . .It amazes me how much positioning goes on in Canadian stocks and still the companies insist they have nothing to report and it seems there is absolutely nothing we as the investing public can do about it. I'd like to hear any suggestions anybody might have for dealing with this type of activity. It's really quite sickening to see this going on every day.

Look at MTP on Montreal for example. They should halt that stock until the company provides a reasonable answer to the continued accumulation in that stock. Are the exchanges really that naive or is it that they've given up trying to police things?

We should make a list of Canadian stocks in which we've noticed alot of accumlulation but no reasonable response from the company on why this is happening. I think we might be surprised at how long the list really is.

When our parents brought us to Canada they had dreams of a fair and just society in which their children could live. I'm quite disappointed to learn that it isn't much better than where I came from in certain respects. I come from India which is one of the most corrupt nations in the world.

If we can't expect Canada (which has the best standard of living in the world) to be fair then I guess there isn't really any place in the world that can be good. What are we supposed to tell our kids? This is the way the world works? It's quite sad.

If we don't eliminate injustice in the stock market, it will penetrate into other parts of our lives. What's next our education system?

EDIT . . . damn I have to learn to stay on topic.
