Very good point, JLA, thanks for pointing that out! We don't allow a murderer the right to control his body to kill people, we don't allow a thief the right to control his wandering hands, we don't allow a rapist the right to do as he will with his body at the expense of another. There's a point to which you can go with your bodily freedom. When you use it to hurt someone else, you lose a degree of your individual freedom to protect the innocent who suffers from your actions.
