JOHN'S, NF/TORONTO, Sept. 16 /CNW/ - Regional Cablesystems Inc. and AOL Canada Inc. today announced an agreement in which AOL Canada will introduce high speed broadband access over cable. Service will begin this fall with Regional Cablesystems customers in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. As part of this introduction, AOL Canada will enable members in Sturgeon Falls to experience broadband-enhanced multimedia, streaming video, music and other upgrade features quickly and easily. In addition, the "always-on" connection and the ability for members to use their computer while they are on the telephone or sending or receiving a fax will enable these members to extend AOL's traditional ease of use and convenience.
