From CBS MarketWatch:

Here's the insider sale of the day: Redback Networks Inc. (RBAK:
news, msgs) CEO and President Dennis Barsema registered to sell
200,000 shares of common stock worth about $21.2 million, according to
www.newstraders.com. Redback is one of the year's hottest new stocks.
It's already split once. The network equipment maker's shares debuted in
May, so Barsema is registering to sell before the traditional six-month
lock-up period imposed by most underwriters. Redback's underwriter,
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, this summer deemed the stock so hot, it
released the six-month trading restriction on several million shares.
