NOIZ has been a helluva play since I posted on it Aug 30th at 1 7/16. Been as high as 5.75 and today's close was 3.00.
I would add that this is not a company to just ride the roller coaster on and forget. Once a company is initially launched to astronomical heights (on 9/13 we went from 1.50 to top tick of 5.75 intraday) it is a signal that the stock has probably entered a period of volatility...up and down. It will pay to keep an eye on it and watch for the new base formation thru the next few months.

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sept. 22, 1999--Micronetics Wireless, Inc.
(NASDAQ: NOIZ - news), while exhibiting at the PCS Show, announced that it has been
selected to supply noise sources for Teradyne's Catalyst line of automated mixed signal test
equipment (ATE).

In making the announcement, Ralph Marrone, Vice President/Equipment of Micronetics, stated: ``We are pleased to be part of
Teradyne's (NYSE:TER - news) Catalyst System. Teradyne is the leader in the growing automated mixed-signal test equipment
marketplace. We believe collaborating with leading edge companies, such as Teradyne, will be a key factor in future
Micronetics' successes in its noise-based instrument product line.'

Pat Robbins, Director of Sales for Micronetics/Equipment, added ``Our noise source is used in the noise figure section of the
Catalyst Systems' multiport vector network analyzer. It features 'Plug and Play`` capability for automatic loading of calibration
data.'

Based in Hudson, NH, Micronetics Wireless designs, manufactures and markets noise-based test equipment and components
used in the design, testing and manufacturing of cellular, PCS, wireless local loop and satellite equipment and MicroCal(TM)
built-in test components, through its Micronetics/Equipment Group, and manufactures microwave components and
subassemblies, primarily used in radar, electronic counter-intelligence, wireless communications and electronic simulation
applications, through its Micronetics/Components Group. Micronetics acquired Microwave & Video Systems, Inc. of
Danbury, CT, Vectronics Microwave Corporation of Middlesex, NJ and the voltage controlled oscillator product line of
Delcom, Inc. of Salem, NH, earlier this year.
