<o do you know what you are doing: NOT IMPORTANT in USA.> John, while your assertions are rather broad-brush, I don't necessarily disagree with the thrust. However, I always like to put folks' comments in context, and I see you do not have a profile. I do remember a John Chen posting here from the UK. Are you that person? If not, are you living outside the US, foreign born but living in the US, or a native-born US resident? Again, I ask only to put your comments in some context. Regards, Rob
