Slider, With all due respect there are in fact a number of construction projects - including offshore rigs - that may move forward within the next six months. There seems to "always" be a special situation here and there that is perculating. I am quite close to this issue as an offshore rig broker. And while you are correct in the general sense, I can promise you that there are projects under discussion. They aren't "typical" projects and therefore would not come up on an "outsiders" radar screen. big atoffshore.com
