Is anybody following this Martin Armstrong story? I think that this weird market action that we have seen this week is due mostly to worries about the unwinding of PEI short positions. He was definitely short the yen and gold. The yen has been covered but gold might be interesting over the coming weeks. This might make long-term capital seem like nothing.
