American Bio Medica Posts Record August Sales With Growth From Various Drug Testing Sectors KINDERHOOK, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 1999--American Bio Medica Corp. (NASDAQ: ABMC - news) today announced that monthly sales were up 85% from $476,000 in August of last year to $881,000 during August 1999. The Company also said this represents a 40% month over month increase from July 1999 revenues. ABMC explained that the healthy August sales growth is attributable to all non-clinical sectors of the drug testing industry where the Company competes, including the workplace arena and relatively new segments such as the corrections and educational markets.
