WASHINGTON, SEPT 15: After years of hedging and
obfuscation, the Clinton administration has begun mulling over imposing sanctions on China for its clandestine transfer of M-11 missiles to Pakistan.

`We believe that the transfer of complete M-11 missiles to
Pakistan could meet requirements for triggering sanctions
under the US missile sanctions law,' State Department
spokesman James Foley said at a briefing on Tuesday.


China sanction will be removed in a jiffy
