This may be a casual meeting such as a store clerk or could be a personal friend that never said anything. <<After seeing the parade on TV, I'm thankful I haven't encountered these people in person. I found their behaviour revolting. I would do nothing to further their cause.>> I am saddened that you have decided to form an opinion about a group of people on the actions of a few. Hopefully you did not form your opinion on the action of the one sign carrier as that would really be unjust. Do you think people should form opinions about heterosexuals based on Mardi Gras? Do you think gays should be fired from their jobs just because they are gay? Is it ok to throw a gay person out of their apartment because they are gay? These are some of the things that I would like to see changed. And I think they are worthy causes. Erase Hate, Dennis
