Speaking of going against the establishment... Did anybody read the Globe on Saturday? There was a great article about the money manager who challenged Livent's accounting. He was sued by Drabinsky and lost about 1/4 million in lawyer fees. He finally had to settle because he had no more money and he had to write an apology to Livent and be quiet for three years. The ban just ended.
