Reiterate BUY 12:02pm EDT 16-Sep-99 Hambrecht & Quist (Genni Combes) If Bob's intelligence was correct {reply# 10126 "I believe it was the unwinding of a trading position at Hambrecht & Quist that brought it down so sharply"}, then upgrade by H&Q without even price target might mean that H&Q has not unwound its entire position yet. When they finished with it, they will run the stock down. For now they are keeping the lid on $40. Hate to rain on my own parade.
