NTBK's problems are not software related, they are customer service -- i.e. human-related. They c.s. people are either ferociously over-worked, or, I'm sorry to say, not very good at reading. I have sent them instructions, in writing, about account titles three times -- every change they make creates more problems. They also say they will fix problems or make payments and then just don't do it. Believe me, I'm glad I havn't entrusted then with something important.

As for Alpharetta, I'm from the City, so everything west of 12th avenue is a wasteland.
