out CQ + 3 1/2 , i know i left money on the table

from Yahoo

Fundamental you need to do one more step if you want a $45.50 for ~half your shares:

Call you broker's Tender department. And let them know you will take the LMT tender offer.

I did this with the shares I brought yesterday.

Folks let you tender the shares before the Settle date.

My broker needed the Tender data by 7 PM EST 16 SEPT 99.

WARNING you are tendering everything !

So you might have to wait a few months (EOM) for the $45.50.

When Santa Fe sold I got some quick money. It took about a year for me to get the buying companys stock
so I could totally cash out.

The LMT Tender offer is online somewhere. You might want to read it.

There can also be tax impacts. That is why I played this one in the IRA.

Disclaimer: I tendered all CQ in the IRA. :-)

Yes, "rock and roll" over dead , has he been on yet?
I would really like to do something with my shares. Bury them
or anything.
