Hi Heather, Yes HSAC will play a part in the whole PA thing. Did you read Patrick's excellent post on HSAC? GNET #12042....Also, have you checked out Sarkie's thread on the Charter IPO? It is suppose to come out in Oct. I believe. I think anything tied in with this PA venture (I think AD should be inserted to the front of venture) will be a good thing. GoGNET
