Nope MSCO is conservative...they did not give IIJI a strong buy either.

The other underwriters all gave AGIL a Buy....and from the Buzz I am hearing about this company....it doesen't concern me at all.

AGIL makes complete sense to me and they are going to do tremendous business...they are going to be in demand.....Dell also owns a lot of shares of AGIL, they are conservative in what they invest in.

AGIL is a winner.
