Tim, for some of us who have never been in a buyout before, what is the best way to handle the sale on the day that the buyout is announced?

In reading back on the price history of your previous buyouts, the buyout price is not the price that the stock got up to on the day of the buyout. It seems that our sell price can be anywhere between 1.25 and 3.00(approx) below the buyout price.

Any thoughts will be welcome.

Thanx
