Ha-ha-ha. Your sense of metrics is really funny.

You know, the difference between theory and practice
is usually much bigger in practice than in theory.
But sometimes it makes no difference if you
are looking at the wrong end.
The hint (only for you!) is
that in practice an overclocked production-quality
CPU will never get to the point when all those
effects come to play - it just won't even start
for the reason of screwed timing. That's all.
