Anyway, Credence has a little over half the shares outstanding as LTX, but they earned slightly more per share on roughly the same quarterly sales! Add to this that Credence's equipment is mostly older technology and LTX is shipping brand new technology gear.

I can't figure out why LTXX is not at least half of the price of CMOS, which would put it around $24 instead of $13!

Maybe after they get their latest stock offering out of the way their stock will move up to where it should be relative to CMOS.
