No doubt we will get a pull-back in the market as we near the dreaded month of October, but for now we are going to get several days of a rebound to the upside. I like the way the NAS 100, Nasdaq Comp., and PSE all hit a 62% Fibonacci ratio retracement and quickly rebounded to the upside. Also, all three of these indexes hit the lower band of the Bollinger Bands and then moved to the upside. Any serious market decline will likely occur around Sept. 23.
