You know what? My husband speaks German! No kiddin'! As an undergraduate, he studied French and German in England. He never mentioned that LINUX support groups chatted in German. I'm not sure he ever contacted these groups. I know he has phoned Star Division's technical support on one occasion. If he spoke to them in German, he never mentioned it. Anyway, they were unable to help him with his problem so he had to figure it out himself. He no longer has the time to spend on LINUX so that is why he plans to switch to Solaris. A co-worker, an engineer, knows Solaris. Prog, sorry to hear about the problems with Star Division's user support.
