Thank you for the very clear analysis of Q's situation. How many times have people pronounced MSFT dead? As power accrues to a Gorilla, it takes more and more to knock them off. Once a winning technology is established power builds faster than a Floyd and does not dissipate nearly as quickly.
Just look at this past week. Q went from missing earnings, management is not telling us everything, bad news is out there, etc. to the rockets are lit and ready to blast off. What changed really? Only peoples' perception. The fundamentals are as they were.

As GG says, Q has the ascendant technology in an ascendant domain and the management expertise to exploit their situation. The winners in this game will be those companies that recognize this and form powerful partnerships with Q. I think this is what is beginning to dawn on decision makers in other companies - MSFT, CSCO, ERICY are on board and more to follow.
