I think most of us, and speaking for myself here, I'm not anti-Microsoft because I'm a SUNW shareholder. I'm a SUNW shareholder because I know M$ makes crap, and has extended it into the marketplace in a way that at this point, has an extremely negative impact on real innovation, technology and our economic future. There's a reason why the internet runs on Unix and not VMS, and it's got nothing to do with marketing. Microsoft's 'technology' has little relevance to the new computing paradigm. The world may be changing faster than you realize. Should the government require M$ to fully document their APIs, as a remedy in the anti-trust action, it may only take 5 MONTHS to embrace and extend the legacy Windows platform away from Redmond and into the internet ether. MSFT is the entity playing the zero sum game. Zero sum games have losers. -JCJ
