They must have really needed the shares. They'll come down and scoop them up if they really need 'em. Are you sure your "price" isn't the share price less DLJ fees?

Susan,

I use them and generally don't have any problems. When I have had problems, I have had to ask for supervisors, demand time and ticker tape reviews and in general be a hard a$$. Don't let them run over you when you know you are right. They'll straighten it out, and usually in a timely fashion. I do feel sorry for the people who are too timid to stand up to them. They definitely lose out.

Good for you... also alert the SEC about it even if you get satisfaction... it means they anticipated and executed you with hope that you won't see it nor say anything about it... remember the article about Datek and the SOE skimming accounts? I just wonder...
