Patrick, I'm intrigued by your term 'qualed' when speaking about the disk drive chip. Are you suggesting that such a chip could be patented, or copyrighted in the same manner that the CDMA chip is held by Qualcomm?

I'm all for licensing rights, especially if LSI is in control, but I did not know that you could get in this position by producing a SOC for the disk drive industry.
