During the last cc Larry said that the cost of goods was flat which was the beginning of a trend change from up. The stressed that last qtr was the 4th qtr of margin improvement. They stressed that in 18 months all software would be sold via the iStore. Larry stated that he had implemented a zero based cost program for the 1st time in 7 years and that budget managers were coming in asking for less money. It was these kinds of statements which raised expectations. Execution didn't remain flat with last qtr, execution as defined by their statements and margins was degraded. Rich
