Got it now Sao Tome

The two islands of São Tomé and Principé constitute a small independent island republic with a democratic government lying in the Gulf of Guinea off
the coast of Gabon and forming part of the Atlantic Ocean Islands group associated with Africa. The capital city is São Tomé. Other towns are Santo
Antonio and Neves.

São Tomé and Principé has an estimated 1995 population of 128,000 people. The official language is Portugese. In 1992 the islands' GDP was
estimated to be $37 million. Exports from São Tomé and Principé to the rest of the world accounted for $3,0 million and imports for $20,0 million in
1994. The official inflation rate in 1994 was estimated to be 40%. The local currency is the Dobra. (US$ / Dobra - current exchange rate).

The São Tomé and Principé oil industry is one of the key sectors in the economy of the country since all petroleum products have to be imported.
Electricity is provided by the parastatal utility Empresa da Agua e Electricidade (EMAE).

The international time zone for São Tomé and Principé is GMT and the international dialling code is +23912. Air Portugal and some regional airlines fly
to the islands. As at September 1995 all visitors to the islands require visas.

The World Bank will be hosting a program of seminars from 25th to 28th September 1999 to coincide with the annual meetings of the World Bank and
the IMF. The seminars, to be held at the Marriot Wardman Park Hotel in Washington DC, are a forum for private sector leaders to engage in dialogue
and build partnerships with each other and with high level government delegates, senior World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund officials,
leaders from non governmental organizations and representatives of the global media.

We might have something here:

Sao Tome is also optimistic that significant petroleum discoveries are forthcoming in its territorial waters in the oil-rich waters of the Gulf of Guinea.

Hmmm... could it be a good sign for ERHC(edited after correction from SSP -- LOL ;-)) ??
