Well the kryotech parts are NOT overclocked.

My understanding is that AMD and Kryotech engineers work together to ensure specs are met. Special testing may well also be done and parts cherry-picked.

This is NOT the case of somebody taking a random part and playing with - overclocking the CPU and maybe PCI/AGP/ATA buses etc at random coupled with tweaking MB voltages in a haphazard way to see if something "works".

Or perhaps you are so blinded by your disdain for AMD and it partners that you cannot see the difference.
