If you check the shares outstanding you'll
notice that yesterday Qualcomm had 160M
and today they have 150M shares
outstanding(check with your
broker/service/website). They now have the
shares to split 2/1. They either had to ask for
more shares or buy back 10mil so that a split
could be possible.....it seems they've bought
back the shares necesary to anounce a split.
