I can verify that as well Bob, having talked briefly with him last Tuesday, the time frame wasnt discussed.

2. The number of securities over which the Offeror and any person or company acting jointly or in concert with the Offeror acquired ownership or control or direction as a result of the transaction or occurence giving rise to the report.

2,763,423 common shares.

3. The ownership or control and direction by the Offeror and any person or company acting jointly or in concert with the Offeror over the securities immediately after the transaction or occurence giving rise to the report.

As a result of the above-noted acquisition and the Offeror?s purchase of an additional 730,577 common shares as part of the Corporation?s private placement of 1,500,000 common shares on January 21, 1999, the Offeror beneficially owns, directs or controls over 15,500,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation, representing 30.1% of the 51,500,000 common shares of the Corporation which are issued and outstanding as at the date of this report.

4. The name of the market wherein the transaction or occurrence took place.

The Offeror purchased these shares by private agreement from persons resident in Europe.

5. The purpose of the Offeror and any person or company acting jointly or in concert with the Offeror in affecting the transaction including any future intention to increase the beneficial ownership, control or direction of the Offeror and any person or company acting jointly or in concert with the Offeror over the securities of the offeree issuer.

The Offeror has purchased these shares for investment purposes. The Offeror intends to increase his beneficial ownership of securities of the Corporation in the future to approximately 40% of the Corporation?s common shares
