Gregor,
Based on past experience, I'd bet on your scenario unwinding. Today could have been a decent rally when the Dow was down 150 and REITs were basically even, but they never rallied when the general market recouped most of the losses. It appears the ^RMS should have some support at 290-291.

Hi Richard,
I think that Gregor is right. We need to see some people throw in the towel before we get a "GOOD" tradeable bottom. The RMS should test and take out it's old bottom of early this year. Then we'll have a sustainable rally of some proportion.
