Possibly, however, H&Q is a broker and I don't see them as being a holder on the on list, therefore they very well may have been selling on the behalf of a client. I wouldn't read too much into it. Plus it was before the end of the conference?? Hard to guess!

That was just a humble guess on my part. It looks fishy when after so many upgrades the stock price is going nowhere. BTW, if H&Q had no interest in CF, why would they bother following the stock?
It is hard to guess. May be even options expiration affects the price. Almost no puts, calls only, and institutions are usually calls sellers. Just guessing.
