jjs, most outfits who dove into the POF space in the past had a hard time of it. At least this is true as far as high speed digital communications over any appreciable distances is concerned.

I wouldn't know about LUMM's past, specifically, nor am I inclined to go digging into their history at this time. Maybe someone else who happens to be a little closer to the history of the company would care to comment on your observations. Anyone?

Was Molex tricked into taking a 25% stake in this Company? Why would they be involved with such a low quality company? Surely they have the resources to do some thorough dd. Why does csco have someone involved with such a horrible company? They must not have access to your "friends in the fiber world."
