Jenna, your comments are 100% on the money. It's a lot of work and many, many hours of preparation. The combination of preparation and experience are the only factors that will allow one to profit over a period of time. We all know people that are the "comets" of the daytrading world-here today and gone tomorrow. No better examples exist than those that made small killings earlier this year on the internets, but today are no longer trading. To be successful over the longer term you have to do the work, as you have so well pointed out.
