Of course it remains interesting that the Power PC platform which has roughly the same Mhz timeline hasn't felt the need to adopt RMBS nor has there been much in the way of rumor that they will anytime soon. Are those engineers that incompetent that they will allow a memory bottleneck to throttle performance? rich, interesting you bring that up. i have been saving that subject until i get more info and verification. i will share something i was told by a person very close to this issue. power pc is planning to make the switch to rambus with ibm next year. unclewest
