I have the same questions Marty. From that release I have no idea what Platium actually does, or sells. They also mention repaying financing by the end of the first year. Okay, what financing? How much. Some one will have to remind me what the o/s is, so I can see what 6 million shares dilution is going to do. Will the revenues be enough to off set that, I would assume so, as the deal is only $300,000 US at .05 a share. But, hey it's something new for this company, and that is welcome news. A whole new area, and internet related. Heritage.com LOL. Can't find anything on Platinum InterMedia, you'd think they would have a website themselves, but 12 search engines can't find diddley. Anyone else?
