I live in Seattle. I've had one cell phone. I don't like telephones. But if I ever bought another cell, it would be a Nokia because I like the company. I even bought Nokia shares. I should have done it several years ago when it first crossed my mind.

My first exposure to Nokia was with the Nokia Drysuit for scuba divers. I don't have one. I knew many people who used them.

I understand Nokia makes brightly colored cell phones. The only ones I see people use are BLACK!!!!! The only ones in the store that I visited were BLACK! How horrible!

Although it is difficult to see the name of the company on other people's cell phones, I haven't seen Nokia advertised heavily in this area. I admit I don't take the local paper because it is not worth reading. We subscribe to The New York Times So I have some idea of what is going on in the world. <G> The Times put out a fashion supplement to the Sunday paper a few months ago. I saw a bright-green Nokia cell phone. I thought it was neat.

I am puzzled why the price of Nokia dropped after it reported a 60% increase in earnings.

Cheers,

Mephisto
