Hilton Petroleum to sell 1.2 million units privately Hilton Petroleum Ltd HTP Shares issued 18,382,792 Sep 15 close $4.50 Thu 16 Sept 99 News Release Mr. Donald Busby reports The company has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 1.2 million units, at a price of $5 per unit, to raise gross proceeds of up to $6-million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Two share purchase warrants will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share in the capital of the company for a period of two years from closing for the exercise price of $5 in the first year and $5.75 in the second year. Subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, it is proposed that the share purchase warrants will be listed for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
