The "Cease Trade" is not VSE, it is BCSC imposed and means that the shares can not be sold anywhere. The VSE halted and suspended the company. Once the status goes to being suspended it no longer gets included in the accessible database that the quote servers run from.

As for what it will take to change that, it will take money and that will likely take a new deal. The company is persuing that end, but how close they are to finding a fit, I do not know. The money is required to complete the audit, which is basically the reason for the cease trade. They are delinquent filers (again!).

The Company announces that Stephen Winter has resigned as a Director of
the Company effective October 26, 1999. The Company appreciated his
efforts while a Director of the Company and wishes him success in his
private business endeavours. Howard Gaddis Jr. previously resigned as a
Director on September 1, 1999.

In their place, effective October 26, 1999, the Company announces that
Kelly Fielder of Vancouver and Robert Bader of Toronto, Ontario have
been appointed as Directors of the Company. Kelly Fielder has also been
appointed President of the Company. Mr. Fielder is experienced in
reorganizations of public companies and will focus the efforts of the
Company on lifting the cease trade order currently outstanding.
