26 million over 3 years with a 3% NSR. A two million ounce discovery doesn't do much for the shareholder. Besides the purchase price, the NSR is worth 18 million at 300 gold.

Nexus, we've all seen the effect of a pending announcement. And, its potential to move the stock price before & after.

My point was that there are a lot of other things going on and we should be on guard as to what is really moving & shaking the stock. Diablillos twins should be out by month end. Sanfran has a number of holes pending. Cofradia could pop on even one or two strong showings. (there were another ten holes yet to be assayed)

Granted the proximate cause "seems" to be the new property but we shouldn't discount other factors either.
